I really needed a book that went into greater detail about the chemistry of keeping a backyard pond, and that had a wider range of projects and plans that you can do on your own.This book wasn't what I needed.However, this book is a great overview of building and maintaining a backyard pond, and it will go in my reference library. I did get several ideas from it, and in that way it was useful to me.
Wish it had color pictures. Some at the end. Good book for the beginner or good information that you might not known about.
Not thorough enough on details of equipment, wiring and plumbing which are the hardest parts of getting a healthy and beautiful pond.
Very basic and incomplete information. Poorly written.
Not what I expected or what was advertised. Information you can get anywhere. Absolutely no details about building anything. Worthless.
